Sydney Tucker is a New York City based actor and creator. She holds a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree in Theater from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, WA. (Class of 2012). 

 

THEATER

Sydney regularly hosts cabarets and does special event burlesque performances as her alter-ego, Daisy O'Day. She has managed burlesque troupes, creating and overseeing full productions. The most recent was DUMP: A Garbage Burlesque that was produced with the Seattle Fringe Festival (2016) and was selected to showcase at Bumbershoot Music and Arts Festival (2016).

BURLESQUE AND EMCEE

Sydney's specialties are contemporary and original works. She loves working alongside playwrights to develop their work from initial ideas to full productions.

Special skills include: aerial acrobatics (lyra), Burlesque, Emcee/Hosting, Standard British and Cockney Dialects, Certified by the SAFD in Rapier/Dagger, Broadsword, Unarmed, and Single Sword, Double Dutch Jumprope, Hula Hoop Tricks.
